She also provides executive coaching for high-performing professionals, especially diverse and purpose-driven leaders navigating career growth or transition.

A first-generation college graduate, Chelle's journey from a childhood marked by limiting beliefs to the boardrooms of global companies reflects her fierce commitment to resilience, faith, and intentional leadership.

She holds an MBA, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and has lived and worked in Asia and Latin America.
